Where a replacement vehicle is required by you because and only if your vehicle is deemed unroadworthy by one of our claims handlers our team will endevaur to...
Deliver a like for like fully insured, plated and wired vehicle where available within 1 working day of the incident having been reported to Nationwide Assist Ltd aand subject to license checks passing the required criteria..
Recover your vehicle from the scene of the incident where required and subject to our review of the incident conditions and surrounding area and acceptance of your claim.
Any payments or referral fees offered can take up to 48 working hours after the date that the incident has been reported to Nationwide Assist Ltd to process and are subject to the following conditions...
A full review by our claims team of the incident and any circumstances related to the incident and upon final acceptance by one of our claims handlers.
Your own vehicle involved in the same incident must be deemed as unroadworthy by one of our claims handlers.
The road traffic accident must deemed NOT be your fault by one of our claims handlers.
The credit hire period must exceed 21 days and is exclusively to private hire or taxi replacement vehicles only.
Nationwide Assist Ltd hold the right to refuse to deal with any claim where it is felt that the incident is your fault or for any other reasonable explanation provided to you by your claims handler.
Our team understand that on occasion your insurers may have already agreed to provide you with a replacement vehicle or courtesy car in the event of the unfortunate, however this does not always mean that you will recieve a like for like vehicle or that the vehicle will be suitable for your own requirements. Nationwide Assist ensure that you are placed in a vehicle which is similair to your own and suited to your requirements and we will even deliver direct to you.
